This Privacy Policy explains what information Foundative Inc. ("Foundative", "we", "us"), the company behind Result, collects when you use Result (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo.

Business and workspace data. Information you or your team enter to set up and run a business workspace: business details, documents and files you upload, Company Brain content, blog posts, support content, and messages you send to the Result agent.

Connected account data. If you connect a third-party account, such as a social platform, an advertising account, an email sending domain, or a payment processor, we access the data needed to provide the feature you turned on, for example post content and engagement metrics, ad campaign performance, or payment and subscription status. We only request the access a feature needs.

Usage and device data. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and log data about how the Service is used, collected automatically to operate and secure the Service.

3. AI processing

Some features send your business data and prompts to AI models in order to generate responses, summaries, or content. This processing is done to provide the feature you are using; it is not used to train general-purpose models on your data.

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account or disconnect a third-party account, we delete or anonymize the associated data within a reasonable period, except where we are required or permitted to keep it longer.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can update most account and workspace information directly in the Service, or contact support@result.dev to make a request. We will verify your identity before acting on it.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer and processing.
